What Is Spirituality?
Spirituality of course derives from the word spirit, and can be defined in many different ways.
For some people spirituality means observing the ceremony and tradition of their faith. For others being spiritual is about finding the divine in themselves and all things.
I define spirituality as the simple practice of observing the flow of life in the present moment, exploring the nature of consciousness, and acknowledging my connection to all other living things. To be honest this is highly experiential and cannot be properly relayed from one person to another using written/spoken words.
Of course we can talk about spiritual matters, and even make a good connection at times. But not even the most enlightened among us can really capture and transmit the essence of spirit via words.
To know spirituality you must experience it for yourself.
And as with most higher pursuits, the joy and the wisdom lie in the process of seeking.If the whole Universe is right here and right now in this moment, how can we ever “finish” our journey of spirit?
The best answers to questions like “What is spirituality” are new questions. It’s fine to stick with a dogma and doctorine if you need to feel safe, but where’s the joy and inspiration in that?

Spirituality is living our lives in accordance with the Supreme Spirit
As spiritual beings we all have consciousness but the Supreme Spirit is conscious of everything and so if we dovetail our consciousness with the supreme then we can truly be called spiritual
