[...] But the truth is all spiritual and personal development pursuits can be reduced to one simple ideal: Relax and be content with whatever you’re doing in this moment. If you can’t just be happy right now, you never will be. That’s not an excuse to give up, it’s just a call to understand that you absolutely have the keys to happiness in this very moment. [...]

I share a sense of frustration re: the sound byte culture Dr. Howard. At the same time I know that each of us can choose to reject the mainstream idiocy and live in the peace of our own creation.

I actively create the opportunity to "sit and watch nothing" as do many others. I believe enough people choosing to ignore the status quo and deliberately broadcasting a higher vibration will shift the madness and in many ways I see evidence of this in my daily interactions.

Whether or not the collective will make the leap, so to speak, is still an open issue. But I choose to be an optimist in this regard because I want to see humanity evolve to our true potential over the next several hundred years.

The price for modernity and new technology has been the lost of man. How possible is it to find now when we are conditioned to living in 60 second sound bites. We have lost our minds. Ironically, it is that lost mind that we have to use to find our mind.

When was the last time you had the opportunity to sit and watch nothing?
