Scientists tell us the whole universe is expanding. In fact researchers can trace the expansion of space (time) back to a sort of “starting point” and can literally watch as known space continues to ripple outward.

Expansion is a core virtue/law of existence. Life wants to express itself, grow, and thrive.

Plants burst forth from seed and expand into their own space, bringing with them new seeds that create new life. Our bodies expand from the union of tiny cells, through various fetal states, finally emerging into the world as tiny babies that grow/expand into adulthood; and one of our most basic impulses relates to procreation.

Our inner world also reflects the nature of expansion. When we are happy and prosperous, we are expanding.

And it’s in our nature to be happy and prosperous. This is the default setting, so to speak, and it takes at least some effort to change direction and feel sad, angry, or lacking.

So you not only deserve to be happy, you were born to be happy and this natural state of expansion wants to express through you. And it’s interesting to note that when you are happy and expanding all of life tends to align for your good.

When you are happy and expanding, money flows into your life more readily.

When you are happy and expanding, your body is in its most healthy state. Research even suggests that diseased cells can be healed with positive or happy vibrations.

It’s important to remember that life is on your side, and that happiness and expansion are yours in any moment. All you need to do is choose happiness and allow yourself to expand.

It takes very little effort to tap into the process of expansion. Remember – and I keep repeating this for a reason – this is your natural state.

Take a deep breath. Raise your arms, palm outwards, and wiggle your fingers. Smile as broadly as possible and feel expanded.

If you take the time to do this you’ll feel a definite change. imagine using this technique with your affirmations, visualization, or just as a way of greeting each new morning.
