You need to answer all these questions. You may want to define various areas of your life, from what you think about love to your political views. Try to figure out all of your values and see if your current life is respecting those values or if you need to make changes.
Start Small
You cannot and should not try to completely change your life in one day. It takes time. You need to understand that. A fresh start begins with small steps. You take it one day at a time, one small change at a time.
A fresh start is about finding what is real. It is about finding what makes you happy. You may have to try many different things before you find that. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes or face challenges. A fresh start is also about learning. You will learn about who you really are and what you are destined to be.
